If you're a proactive, service-oriented individual with a strong interest in hardware, software, networking, and end-user support, we want to hear from you!You will provide both onsite and remote technical support to BURNCO staff, acting as a key contact for troubleshooting, IT maintenance, and supporting broader technology initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about IT operations, eager to build hands-on skills, and excited to work within a collaborative setting.What You Will Be DoingProvide responsive onsite and remote IT support to end-users (hardware, software, mobile, peripherals, VOIP)Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfactionSupport day-to-day operations of IT systems and servicesAssist with onboarding / offboarding processes including user set up and deprovisioningPerform routine maintenance and inventory management across multiple sitesMaintain and update the IT knowledge base and documentationSupport and maintain IT assets, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, etc.Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365Work with ServiceNow to manage incidents, requests, and change trackingCollaborate with second and third-tier teams for escalations and project workParticipate in equipment setup, configuration, and vendor coordinationTravel to BURNCO sites to support as neededMaintain clean and organized server and equipment roomsSupport emergency response efforts,
