You'll own execution across firmware, Linux drivers, silicon, validation and platform engineering, from pre-silicon development through tape-out, bring-up, board readiness and customer deployment.Key requirements:8+ years in technical programme/project managementDirect ownership of a silicon or compute-platform programmeStrong hands-on programme depth in PCIe and DDR / memory subsystemsExperience with AI accelerators, GPUs, NPUs,



DSPs or heterogeneous computeWorking knowledge of Linux kernel drivers, DMA, interrupts, boot flows and hardware/software interfacesExperience with silicon bring-up, JTAG, hardware validation and pre-silicon simulation/emulationStrong cross-functional leadership across hardware and software teamsBest suited to TPMs from semiconductor, accelerator, GPU, SoC, networking silicon, storage controller or server-platform environments.The key challenge is owning a complex, hardware-coupled programme where PCIe, DDR, embedded software and silicon bring-up are all on the critical path.
