We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our UK Service Department covering Peterborough / Cambridge and surrounding areas.*** MUST BE BASED IN THE PE/CB POSTCODE AREAS ***Comprehensive induction and trainingInvestors in People accredited employerHealthcare and pension schemesCompany eventsThe role consists of:Travelling on a daily basis to our customer homes to service and repair Acorn Stairlifts.May include multiple overnight stays per week.Diagnosing, and providing hands on troubleshooting, service, and repairs to existing Stairlifts within the fieldMeeting all target and deadlines in a skilled and timely manner.Provide high levels of customer service - ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions, with the assistance of management.Carrying out the product update and safety checks in a safe mannerTo communicate effectively with external customers,
