We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KG to Grade 12 tutor to inspire and support students across a wide age range in their academic journey. Responsibilities

- Develop and implement personalized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards for students from kindergarten through grade 12
- Deliver engaging tutoring sessions that clarify concepts, reinforce skills, and encourage active participation
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies to ensure continuous improvement
- Communicate effectively with students to motivate and build their confidence in their abilities
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, or guardians to discuss student progress and address any learning challenges
- Maintain detailed records of tutoring sessions,

- Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere that promotes curiosity and a love for learning

Skills

- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching students across various grade levels from kindergarten to grade 12
- Solid communication skills to clearly explain concepts and motivate learners of all ages
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and needs
- Experience working with children and understanding developmental stages relevant to different age groups
- Classroom experience or previous educational roles that demonstrate instructional competence
- Patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to inspire confidence in students
- Excellent organizational skills for planning lessons and tracking student progress
