Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and workstations to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and basic cooking under supervision.
- Support the kitchen team by maintaining a steady flow of clean dishes, cookware, and utensils during service hours.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times.
- Help with food service operations by setting up stations, serving guests when needed, and ensuring timely delivery of meals.
- Maintain organization of storage areas, ensuring ingredients and supplies are properly stored and rotated.




- Adhere to all health regulations, safety protocols, and company policies to promote a safe working environment.

Experience

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is valued.
- Familiarity with basic food handling, cleaning procedures, and kitchen operations is advantageous.
- Experience in food preparation or cooking can enhance your ability to support the culinary team effectively.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices in food service environments is beneficial.
- Prior hotel or food service experience can provide a strong foundation for success in this role.
