Duties

- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment on-site
- Prepare work areas by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and ensuring cleanliness
- Carry out basic site tasks such as lifting, and moving materials under supervision




- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for everyone
- Help with site cleanup at the end of each day to ensure a tidy and safe workspace
- Perform routine inspections and report any hazards or issues to supervisors promptly

Skills

- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor throughout the workday
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively within a team
- Good communication skills for clear understanding of tasks and safety procedures
- Basic knowledge of construction site safety standards and practices
