Hardscape Lead Hand – Landscape Construction

$28–$32/hour | Ayr, ON

Are you an experienced landscaper who takes pride in building things properly?

Quiet Nature is looking for a Hardscape Lead Hand to join our landscape construction team.

We build some pretty unique landscapes — from natural swimming ponds and water features to patios, stonework, retaining walls and complete outdoor spaces. We're looking for someone who already has a strong foundation in landscape construction and wants to keep developing their craft while taking on more responsibility on site.

You might be a excellent fit if you:

- Have 5+ years of landscape construction/hardscape experience
- Are confident with grading, base prep and hardscape installation
- Can safely operate a mini excavator and skid steer
- Are comfortable driving a truck and trailer
- Can work independently and help guide less-experienced crew members
- Take pride in quality, efficiency and a well-run jobsite
- Like solving problems and thinking a few steps ahead
- Want to keep learning and perfecting your craft

As a Lead Hand, you'll work alongside your Crew Leader while taking an active role in keeping projects organized,



productive and moving forward. You'll also have opportunities to lead portions of projects and complete smaller projects independently.
