We're looking for an experienced Landscape Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our landscape supply yard. This is a busy, hands-on role for someone who can lead a team, keep deliveries and inventory on track, operate equipment, and give customers knowledgeable advice.

What you'll do:

- Supervise delivery drivers and coordinate deliveries
- Manage the bulk yard and keep it organized, safe, and ready for customers
- Order landscaping supplies, receive shipments, and monitor inventory
- Operate a front-end loader, skid steer, and reach truck
- Help customers choose irrigation products, pavers and retaining wall materials
- Advise customers on rental equipment and its uses
- Support sales of snowblowers, mowers and barbecues
- Lead staff and provide excellent customer service, especially during busy periods.

What you bring

- 3-5 years of landscaping experience
- Strong knowledge of irrigation, pavers and retaining walls




- Practical experience operating yard equipment and a good working knowledge of rental equipment.
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A customer-first approach and the ability to stay calm while managing competing priorities
