About the Role

TR Trades Reproduction is a fast-paced print shop, and we are hiring an experienced Large Format Eco-Solvent Roll Printer & Vinyl Cutter Operator. We need someone who can step in and bring immediate value to the team from day one. This is a hands-on production role for a professional who knows the industry, works well with others, and takes pride in the final product.

What You Will Do

- Operate our large format eco-solvent roll printer, printing primarily on vinyl and banner materials.
- Perform solid colour cut vinyl shape cutting with accuracy.
- Set up files correctly for printing on the roll printer.
- Complete finishing and wrapping of products to a high standard.
- Assist with finishing and installation when required.
- Work closely with the finishing team to keep production moving.
- Envision the final product, building in bleeds appropriately to the application.

What You Bring




- A minimum of 1-2 years of full-time experience in the same or a directly related role in Canada or USA. This requirement is firm.
- Strong, practical knowledge of the print and large format industry.
- The drive to push production in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality.
- An all-around team player attitude, ready to support colleagues wherever needed.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to following proper procedures to prevent costly errors.
