Key Responsibilities:



• Lead the management of the eCommerce launch calendar • Coordinate launch timelines with Merchants and clients • Track project milestones and proactively address risks • Document launches and implement process improvements • Support customer service during peak launches as needed

Requirements: • 1+ years of project coordination experience • Excellent organization and detail-oriented skills • Hands-on Asana experience preferred • Effective communication skills, written and verbal • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, especially Shopify, is a plus
