The successful incumbent will support the Division and City in advancing strategies to improve housing outcomes for Toronto residents in need, including Indigenous people, equity-deserving groups, renters, and people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. This position plays a key role on theCoordinated Access to Housing and Supports ("Coordinated Access") team, which is a systems-level approach that provides a consistent way to assess, prioritize and connect people experiencing homelessness to City-funded housing and supports.
