and acceptance criteria in a product development environmentMinimum 1 year of experience working with clients to capture experience or technology nuances and enablers and translate them into actionable next stepsA minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required for this positionDemonstrated use of AI tools in day-to-day product work — user-story drafting, backlog management, prioritization, research synthesis — including the judgment to evaluate and validate AI-generated output rather than accept it at face valueEnglish is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada.
