As the Indigenous Relations Leader, you will manage a team dedicated to enhancing relationships with local Indigenous Nations. Your leadership will guide engagement efforts, promote cultural awareness, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives and reconciliation commitments. This role requires effective collaboration across departments and with the community.

Key Responsibilities:



• Supervise the Indigenous Relations team and provide mentorship • Lead community engagement and relationship initiatives • Drive organizational cultural awareness and inclusion • Allocate resources and manage project workflows • Oversee implementation of policies and agreements

Requirements: • Degree in Communications, Public Affairs, or related fields • 7+ years of relevant experience in Indigenous relations • Solid public engagement skills and relationship-building • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities • Valid Class 5 Driver's License is necessary
