This role involves drilling, blasting, and installing ground support while ensuring adherence to mine plans and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate Jumbo drill to cycle full rounds according to the mining plan, following geology control for minimal dilution.Lead a development crew to achieve protected and productive results.Construct and maintain underground installations as the face advances.Organize muck removal and maintain clean, safe work areasEnsure compliance with Dumas and site-specific safety protocols and environmental regulations.Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on equipment,
