The Opportunity As a Health Care Aide (HCA), you will work as a member of the care team, collaborating on the delivery of resident care. The Health Care Aide, under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse, applies their knowledge and skills in order to provide a wide variety of secure and thorough basic care and services to residents. What You Will Do Bath, shower, and wash residents according to the NCP to promote resident personal comfort and well-being according to strict water temperature control procedures.
