You will work closely with the firm's Operations team daily, with a focus on supporting the firm's recruitment and talent management operations,



and will use and help build the firm's AI tooling across these processes. You will be an important member of a professional team and will be instrumental in shaping the culture and success of the firm.The role requires strong judgment, a high level of ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while communicating clearly and consistently with stakeholders. The role is designed to grow: as you develop, the intent is that you assume increasing ownership of the business systems and processes you run.The Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:Designing, building, and maintaining AI-assisted workflows and automations across the firm's core business processesBuilding and maintaining internal tools, automations, and business systems that improve how the firm's core processes runSupporting the firm's recruitment team with recruitment operations, candidate communications, assessment coordination, and timely follow-upsKeeping recruiting systems and data up to date (e.G., the ATS), with accurate stages, notes, and score capture,
