You'll work closely with business leaders both inside Canadian Tire and across external partner organizations, translating data into insights and insights into decisions. Day to day, that means owning the annual and multi-year planning process, leading dashboards and reporting with the Data and Analytics teams, and developing executive-ready materials for senior internal and external audiences alike.Beyond the numbers, this role requires strong people leadership: you'll lead, coach, and develop two direct reports (Senior Consultants), setting priorities and building team capability. You'll also collaborate with Corporate Development on new partner discussions, serving as the loyalty subject matter expert for value proposition design and business casing.
