In this role, you'll be collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, processing a high volume of invoices, and providing support throughout the organization. You'll be crucial to our success as we deliver world-class service to our many business units.The role is located at our Home Office located in Calgary, Alberta.What You'll DoBuild and maintain positive relationships with clinics and vendorsReceive, process, verify and reconcile vendor invoices and statements accurately and timelyReview invoice mapping and matching invoices to purchase ordersRespond to vendor inquiries, reconcile vendor accounts, solve problems, and maintain positive internal and external relationshipsResearch and resolve invoice discrepanciesSupport the members of the Accounts Payable teamAdhere to company policies, vendor contracts, accounting principles, and reporting requirementsPerform other duties as assigned to support the team and organizational goalsWhat You Bring1-3 years of accounts payable experienceExperience in a high-volume environment with an understanding of accounting conceptsPost-secondary Accounting related diploma/certificate would be an assetWorking knowledge of ERP Systems (NetSuite would be considered an asset)Outstanding oral and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environmentA collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset,
