you will:Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policiesPrepare reports for both operational sites as well as Head OfficeAssist with the standardization and streamlining of systems and processes used to gather, analyze, interpret and report financial / statistical dataPrepare financial transactions in compliance with corporate policies and proceduresAssist with the accurate and timely completion of month end close reportingPrepare account reconciliationsAssist with the provision of quarterly and annual financial, audit and tax reporting requirements, including disclosure informationCreate and evaluate innovative ideas and technologies to help improve the way we do businessRequirements:Working towards an Undergraduate degree in Finance or AccountingA valid Class 5 Driver's License without restrictionsMotivated self-starter, able to prioritize work under pressure and show great attention to detailStrong written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to multidisciplinary teams and external clients and contractorsSuperior financial skills, providing overall support to the Financial Accounting or Accounts Payable departmentsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel,
