Key Responsibilities

Define enterprise-wide automation testing strategy, framework architecture, and quality engineering roadmap.

Design and implement scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, mobile, database, and microservices testing.

Evaluate and recommend automation tools, frameworks, and technologies based on business and technical requirements.

Architect CI/CD integrated test automation solutions using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Drive shift-left testing practices and quality gates within Agile and DevOps environments.

Establish automation standards, coding guidelines, framework governance, and reusable component libraries.

Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Developers, Security teams, and DevOps engineers to ensure end-to-end quality.

Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs)



and adoption of emerging technologies including AI/GenAI-enabled testing.

Define automation metrics, reporting dashboards, ROI measurements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mentor QA Leads, SDETs, and Automation Engineers on framework design and automation best practices.

Support performance, accessibility, security, and resiliency testing strategies.

Drive defect prevention through root cause analysis and continuous quality improvement programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills

Solid experience in test automation architecture and framework design.

Expertise In Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Robot Framework.
