Responsibilities include assisting with the preparation of finished goods, supporting the flow of raw materials, and ensuring products are packaged and ready to meet daily shipping schedules.This role contributes to creating high quality, natural products and helps ensure they reach our customers on time, all while maintaining Rocky's high standards of safety, quality, and teamwork.This is a permanent,



full‐time position working Monday through Friday from 2:00pm to 10:00pm at our Workshop in Canmore, Alberta.What you'll be doingProduction SupportAssist with staging and preparing raw materials for productionSupport batch making and packaging under the direction of Production Team Leads and SupervisorsOperate basic equipment and tools as trainedFollow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Master Production Documents and safety requirementsMaintain cleanliness and organization in production areasShipping & Warehouse SupportPrepare finished products for shipping, including labeling, packaging, and palletizingAssist with staging, moving, and organizing finished goodsSupport daily shipping schedules to ensure customer orders are metPerform inventory counts and assist with stock rotationTeamwork & CultureFoster a positive, collaborative, and safe team environmentCommunicate effectively with production, warehouse, and quality teamsSafety & ComplianceFollow all Health & Safety programs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standardsReport safety or quality issues promptlyAdhere to company and government standards, including Health Canada requirementsRequirementsEligibility: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
