We are seeking a Property Coordinator to join a growing Property Management team supporting a portfolio of industrial properties across Quebec and Canada.This position will primarily support the Montreal/Dorval portfolio and work closely with Property Managers and senior leadership. The role offers broad exposure to commercial property operations, tenant and vendor relations, contracts, financial administration, capital projects, inspections, and property management systems.This is an excellent opportunity for a property management skilled looking to build their commercial real estate experience within a growing organization and take on increasing responsibility over time.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Property ManagersServe as a key point of contact for tenants, vendors, contractors, and service providersManage and track service contracts, construction contracts, purchase orders, and vendor documentationAssist with RFPs, vendor selection, and contract administrationSupport tenant improvements, move-ins, move-outs, and capital projectsConduct and document property inspectionsCoordinate responses to tenant complaints, service requests, and building issuesFollow up with vendors and contractors to ensure issues are resolved timelyReview, code,
and process vendor invoicesPrepare utility billings and tenant reimbursementsCoordinate utility transfers and establish utility accountsAssist with AP research, invoice questions, and follow-upSupport property budgets, owner reporting, and variance analysisTrack tenant and vendor insurance compliance and maintain certificates of insuranceMaintain accurate tenant, vendor, emergency contact, and property databasesMaintain property management files, records, and documentationManage administrative functions and work orders within Yardi/Yardi ElevateTrack equipment inspections, certifications, and other property compliance requirementsSupport acquisitions, dispositions, and other portfolio-related projectsAssist with department-wide initiatives, process improvements, and SOP implementationRequired1–2+ years of property management experienceStrong French communication skills (8.5/10 or higher)Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicleAbility to work onsite initially and transition to 3 days onsite per week, including MondaysStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlinesProfessional and polished communication styleComfortable communicating directly with tenants, vendors, and contractorsStrong diplomacy and relationship-management skillsDemonstrated ability to independently manage issues and follow them through to completion
