Role Description

We’re looking for a Licensed Mortgage Broker who is current to the industry or in their first couple of years and wants a supportive environment to accelerate their growth. This full‑time hybrid role (Calgary + Edmonton and work‑from‑home flexibility) includes:

- Learning how to advise clients on mortgage options
- Assessing basic financial situations and identifying suitable lending solutions
- Preparing and submitting mortgage applications with guidance
- Communicating with lenders and understanding approval conditions
- Following compliance requirements with support from our team
- Building your business through marketing, referral relationships,



and structured outreach
- Developing confidence in market trends, interest rates, and lending policies

You’ll work closely with experienced brokers who will help you build your pipeline, strengthen your skills, and establish your reputation.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Licensed as a mortgage broker in Alberta (or in the process of becoming licensed)
- Motivated to learn mortgage products, lender policies, and client consultation
- Comfortable speaking with clients and building trust
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and willing to follow proven systems
- Familiar with CRM tools or willing to learn
- Interested in marketing, networking, and building a long‑term book of business
- Previous experience in finance, banking, sales, or customer service is an asset but not required.
