We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist Senior Paralegals in preparing legal documents, conducting research, and maintaining case files.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research using tools such as In-Health
- Assist in drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic case files
- Provide administrative support to Senior Paralegals including clerical tasks
- Handle phone calls and communicate with clients professionally
- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist in project management and coordination of case-related tasks
- Perform data entry and document management tasks
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Accident Benefit Paralegal or in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in using legal research tools
- Strong writing skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to handle clerical duties effectively
- Proficient in proofreading legal documents for errors
- Familiarity with project management principles is a plus
- Strong data entry skills for maintaining accurate records
