We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented LICENSED Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to join our dynamic team. Duties

- Assist clients by assessing their eligibility and advising on suitable immigration pathways based on current regulations and policies
- Prepare, review, and submit comprehensive immigration applications and supporting documentation with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and optimal client outcomes
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding application statuses, required documentation, and next steps throughout the process
- Liaise effectively with government agencies, legal professionals, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth processing of cases
- Keep meticulous records of client interactions, application details,



and correspondence in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Provide guidance on post-approval procedures such as work permits, visas, or permanent residency applications

Qualifications

- Valid RCIC license issued by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) or relevant governing body
- Proven experience in Canadian immigration consulting or related field with a strong understanding of current immigration laws and policies
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail for preparing accurate documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively advise clients and collaborate with team members
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong ethical standards with a commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity
