Job Overview:

Visualize It Inc. is seeking experienced Lift Operators, Scissor Lift & Genie Boom operators, and Rigging labour team members to support seasonal commercial holiday decorating installations across the GTA. This hands-on role involves operating lifts, assisting with rigging, supporting décor installation and removal, and working safely on active job sites. Ideal candidates have previous lift operation and rigging experience, are reliable, safety-minded, punctual, and comfortable working in quick-paced environments with varied hours.

On-site Installation work runs from November 1 to December 15, with Removal work running from December 27 to January 15.

What we are looking for:

· Certified Scissor Lift and Genie Boom operators with all licenses up to date.

· Valid Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform certifications.

· Experience with installation, removal, rigging, and hanging décor or related items.

· Strong work ethic and ability to take direction well.





· Safety-first mindset with the ability to work carefully and efficiently in high-security properties.

· Ability to work in small teams and learn on the job.

· Communicate effectively and respectfully with co-workers and site staff.

· Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team of like-minded individuals.

· Extremely punctual and able to arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.

· Ability to commit to weekend shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays, as well as night shifts.

· Access to a vehicle is an advantage but not required. Candidates may be asked to meet at various locations across the GTA. Parking expenses will be covered.

Preferred licenses and certifications:

· Mobile Elevated Work Platform certification, including Scissor Lift and Genie Boom operation.

· Working at Heights certification and/or Ladder Safety training.

· A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are an advantage but not required.

· Forklift Operator license is an advantage but not required.
