Prairie Sky Crop Solutions and RPL Farms are looking for a quality mechanic to join our growing team. Prairie Sky is an agricultural retail in the Niverville area that specializes in seed sales, pesticides, and aerial application. On top of the retail business, we operate a grain farm producing high quality pedigreed cereal seed as well as soybeans, corn and canola.

We are looking for a qualified individual to fill the roll of mechanic to keep our equipment running smoothly and efficiently throughout the season.

The successful candidate should possess:

- Experience working on heavy trucks, light trucks, trailers and small engines
- Experience working on agricultural equipment
- Diesel mechanic and air conditioning Certification is an asset, but not required
- Competency in troubleshooting and servicing mechanical equipment
- Positive attitude and good work ethic




- Valid class 5 driver’s license. Class 1 is considered an asset

Responsibilities would include:

- Maintenance of all farm and transport equipment
- Ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently
- Ensure regular maintenance is completed in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate service records for all equipment
- Work as a team to ensure equipment is being properly maintained and serviced throughout the year
