Are you passionate about beer & food? Do you like bringing creative ideas to life and delivering excellent customer experiences? We're seeking kitchen staff to join our team and help us do all of the above.

Experience:

● Restaurant/Kitchen: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Duties:

● Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required

● Follow recipes and presentation specifications

● Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

● Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation

● Oversee kitchen operations

● Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment

● Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

● Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing dishes and glassware by hand when necessary

● Unload dishes, silverware, and glassware promptly and store them in the appropriate places





● Carry out basic cleaning tasks around the premises

● Assist management and waitstaff as required, especially during peak hours

● Escalate major issues when necessary (e.g. safety risks, equipment failure)

● Other duties as requested

Compensation

● $20-$22/hour,

● Participation in the Tip Pool, ($8-$9/hr avg),

● 2 Weeks Paid Vacation
