Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency, flavor, and presentation excellence
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in food prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and stocking ingredients for service
- Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders




- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and prevent cross-contamination
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen operations

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience or familiarity with restaurant kitchen operations preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety protocols
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation standards
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and robust work ethic
- Basic serving skills or experience working in a food industry setting is a plus
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving kitchen needs
