Duties

- Follow all food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by ensuring timely meal service
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and cooking equipment throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent customer service
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel
- Knowledge of meal preparation processes and culinary techniques
- Prior experience with serving guests or customers is a plus but not required
