St. Louis Bar & Grill is known for our famous wings, ribs, great food, and Devilishly Good atmosphere. We’re a proudly Canadian sports bar where great food, teamwork, and extraordinary hospitality come together.

We’re looking for an energetic and dependable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in food quality and cleanliness, and understands the importance of teamwork and consistency.

Line Cook Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to St. Louis recipes, specifications, and presentation standards.
- Set up, stock, and maintain assigned kitchen stations throughout the shift.
- Prepare ingredients including cutting, chopping, portioning, mixing, and preparing sauces.
- Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, temperature, and storage procedures.
- Keep kitchen stations, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.
- Complete food storage,



temperature, and inventory checks as required.
- Communicate effectively with BOH, FOH, and management during busy service periods.
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, respectful work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous line cook or kitchen experience is an asset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
