We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Power BI, and enterprise application development. This role will support modernization initiatives by implementing configurations, customizations, integrations, reporting solutions, and ongoing enhancements within a Dynamics 365 environment. The successful candidate will work within a cooperative support and data reporting team to develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise solutions, deliver reporting and business intelligence capabilities, and ensure system reliability and performance. Key Responsibilities Develop, configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. Translate technical specifications into working system implementations.



Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CE and related platforms. Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI based on business requirements. Analyze complex datasets to provide meaningful business insights. Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of reporting data.
