ensuring smooth operations and safe practicesEvaluate site conditions and recommend the best tree care practices for the locationInspect trees for signs of disease, pests, or structural problemsAssess tree health and recommend corrective actions, such as pruning, pest control, or soil managementKeeps informed of current equipment and specifications, standards, practices and operating proceduresUse appropriate tools for each taskAssume responsibility for the inspection and proper working conditions of tools, trucks, and other work equipmentRequest repair or replacement of equipment when necessaryMaintain detailed records of tree care activities, including treatments, inspections, and maintenance schedulesKeep track of equipment and material usage, reporting the status of trees as neededSupport, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright's culture of safety and employee ownershipComply with applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws, rules,
