Perform maintenance, repairs, installations, and testing of manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide technical support to production teams. Complete preventive maintenance (PM) inspections and maintenance programs. Repair, rebuild, and optimize production machinery to improve productivity. Fabricate parts and components to support maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives. Operate equipment such as lathes, welders, plasma cutters, and torches for maintenance and fabrication work. Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance and support external contractors when required. Follow all company quality, health and safety policies, and complete other duties as assigned. Is this job for you ? Trade certification (or equivalent) and a robust commitment to Health & Safety with the ability to follow safe work practices at all times. Experience with industrial equipment, including sensors, pneumatic systems, compressors, and diagnostic tools. Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics. Strong troubleshooting skills, including preventative maintenance planning and machine optimization. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What We Offer Permanent, full-time position Starting wage:



$32.00/hour 40 hours per week on a rotating 6-week shift schedule During the initial training period, you will work on straight day shifts for several months before transitioning to the regular rotation. Shift Rotation: Shift Hours: Day Shift: 7:00 a.M. to 3:30 p.M. Afternoon Shift: 3:00 p.M. to 11:30 p.M. Night Shift: 11:00 p.M. to 7:30 a.M.
