Over a two-year period, you will work toward becoming fully licensed while completing required training courses (some outside regular business hours).Key responsibilitiesSupport day-to-day operations for assigned condominium communities.Coordinate maintenance and repairs to help ensure properties are well maintained and aligned with governing documents, rules, and applicable requirements.Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers to resolve issues promptly.Property operationsAssist with developing and managing annual budgets for condominium corporations.Review invoices and support approvals in accordance with internal processes.Review and interpret monthly financial statements.Financial managementServe as a point of contact for residents and service providers, responding to inquiries and concerns.Support clear, timely communication with residents (including through the community website,
