But it's our service capabilities that sets us apart.Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager this position is responsible for managing the overall day to day operations of the Ply Gem Canada Calgary branch including P&L responsibility, sales revenue, service and distribution operations and associate training and development.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure all employee training is up to date, all safety practices are understood, and consistent safety practices are applied.Oversee branch operations for profitabilityResponsible for achieving branch sales targetsManage general office functions such as Accounts Payable, Credit & Collections, order entry, customer service, etc.Focus on overall sales channel performance, constantly looking for ways to improve client satisfaction according to agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).Monitor misc. categories such as RGA's, Credits, DSO's, Change Orders etc., and address root cause issues with corrective actions as necessaryWork closely with Regional Sales Manager in planning and developing strategies and implementing programs to ensure effective selling, promotion,
