Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :Develop, implement and ensure quality strategies for large or complex initiatives; Collaborate with delivery teams and architectural consultants to integrate functional and non-functional quality requirements from the ideation stage; Advise project management in the definition, implementation and interpretation of solution quality indicators; Influence stakeholders to adopt best practices in quality assurance; Coordinate quality specialists in the collection, analysis and interpretation of data required to support testing phases and implementation strategies; Write the overall testing strategy and manage it; Review and approve detailed quality and testing strategies for application teams; Develop or perform technical proofreading of test cases and scripts; Participate in quality review meetings; Prepare the system testing schedule with relevant stakeholders; Organize the preparation of environments and data necessary to run tests; Follow up on test results with the teams involved; Support specialists in defining scopes related to stories, releases, sprints,



projects and tests; Contribute to bug management and patch tracking; Analyze risks, write required reports and make recommendations; Prepare and recommend action plans to resolve situations encountered; Perform manual and automated tests as required.The profile you are looking for is as follows:Hold a bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline; Have a minimum of eight years of relevant experience in quality assurance; Experience in test automation; Master quality assurance processes and the implementation of quality tools; Knowledge of quality assurance tools such as Xray and Postman; Demonstrate experience in writing and executing strategies, scenarios, and test cases; Be organized, rigorous and have an excellent sense of responsibility; This position requires working primarily in French, while requiring a functional command of English for daily tasks. This English proficiency is essential to understand documentation and ensure qualified communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues across Canada.
