Pure Raum is specializing in professional Korean skincare distribution across North America. We are currently hiring a reliable and detail-oriented team member to join our logistics team and support daily warehouse operations.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, international logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick and pack daily orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare basic shipping and customs documents for outbound shipments
- Prepare parcels for shipment and ensure proper packaging standards
- Receive incoming shipments and check product quantities/conditions
- Inventory control by monitoring stock levels, preparing restock and shortage reports, and maintaining warehouse organization.
- Maintain inventory records and assist in data system updates, including in/outbound reports and fulfillment data tracking.
- Provide weekly logistics, customs, and documentation status reports to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace





Qualifications

- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and dependable under pressure
- Basic computer skills (shipping systems, labels, inventory tracking)
- Ability to handle multiple shipments and track deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to stay focused and maintain accuracy during repetitive work is essential
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Team player with clear and professional communication
- Fluent in English (verbal and written); Korean language is an asset
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Work Details:

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
- Office Location: Pharmacy & Steeles Ave.

Compensation:

- $18.50/hour for the first 3 months (probation period)
- Full-time salary offered after probation
