We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic supply chain team. Responsibilities

- Manage transportation activities utilizing transportation management systems (TMS) and ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms.
- Oversee procurement and sourcing activities related to freight, packaging materials, and 3PL (third-party logistics) providers to optimize costs and service levels.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams on inventory control, warehouse management system (WMS) updates, and process enhancements for order fulfillment.
- Support shipping schedules by coordinating freight arrangements,



managing carrier relationships, and ensuring compliance with shipping regulations, preparing BOL's, delivery slips and custom documents.
- Assist in implementing process improvements within the supply chain to streamline operations and reduce costs.

Requirements

- Proven experience in warehouse distribution, logistics coordination, or supply chain management with a strong understanding of BOL's, delivery slips, custom documents.
- Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS), freight forwarding, 3PL coordination, and shipping & receiving procedures.
