The claims are of varying complexity and the successful candidate will have a dynamic personality and the ability to excel in a high performance environment. The Intermediate Commercial Claims Adjuster, Accident Benefits ensures claims are properly investigated, evaluated, and resolved in a timely manner.Provide oversight of external adjusters on outsourced claimsInvestigate, evaluate, negotiate personal/commercial lines claims of moderate to high complexityManage challenging coverage claims with tact and professionalismTimely, accurate reserving in line with Corporate protocols and guidelinesMaintain control over expenses through pro‐active handling techniquesObtain approval from Manager on claims above authorityManage claims in litigation, participate in mediations,
