At AHG, we are dedicated to providing quality, comprehensive care, and convenient walk-in services to our diverse patient community.We are currently recruiting an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team.Job Summary: The Medical Receptionist is a crucial member of our practice, responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing front-desk operations, scheduling appointments, and supporting our medical team to ensure smooth daily operations.Key Responsibilities:Welcoming patients and visitors in a skilled and friendly mannerAnswering phone calls, scheduling, and confirming patient appointmentsRegistering patients and verifying demographic informationCoordinating patient flow efficiently to minimize wait timesManaging incoming and outgoing faxes, mail, and electronic communicationEnsuring patient confidentiality and handling medical records securelyCollecting payments and managing billing inquiriesAssisting with administrative tasks,
