This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated professional to work on a variety of corporate matters within a collaborative and team-oriented workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist lawyers with the preparation of legal documents for complex corporate transactionsHandle corporate governance matters for corporations, partnerships, and joint venturesPrepare and file corporate documents, including incorporations, amalgamations, name changes, share transactions, and director/officer changesConduct and review corporate searches, including BC Online, PPR, tax, and employment-related searchesManage filings with corporate registries, including BC and federal jurisdictionsPrepare and maintain corporate records, including minute booksConduct due diligence reviews for asset and share purchase transactionsAssist with deficiency reporting and follow-upRespond to client inquiries and manage routine corporate matters independentlyProvide support to lawyers, students,
