How you will make an impact:You will be responsible for making cash transactions, verifying cash drawers, giving change, counting cash receipts, and completing cash reports.The hourly wage for this role is $16.30. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. you will:Perform sales transactions in a timely fashionEnter all sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recordedFollow standard procedures for issuing cash refundsInteract with customers and resolve customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented mannerResponsible for all assigned change funds and cash receipts ensuring that cash drawer follows overage/shortage standardsEnsure compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control proceduresEnsure compliance with all sanitation and safety requirementsMake recommendations, cross-sell products and introduce new onesAbout you:Able to work in a rapid-paced environmentExcellent decision-making ability and problem solvingFamiliar with the use of a cash register is an assetExcellent customer service skillsMust be a team playerExcellent communication skills (written and verbal.)
