Whether working in the shop or out in the field, you'll be part of a tight-knit, high-performing team that values integrity, teamwork, and excellence in everything we do.As a technician at All-Brite, you'll have the chance to learn, grow, and be part of a company that's committed to helping people see clearly - both through their glass and in their careers.Key Responsibilities – What You'll Be DoingInstall and repair auto glass & ADAS Calibration (windshields, door glass, back glass, etc.) on a wide range of vehicles - cars, trucks, vans, fleets, and equipmentOperate tools and equipment safely and efficiently while following best practicesDeliver top-quality workmanship using proper techniques that meet or exceed industry standardsAccurately document all service and installation details in our system (Mobile Pro/POS/FSM/CRM)Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, explaining services, aftercare instructions,
