You will work under a licensed journeyman, completing preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs to keep uptime high. Training includes 8000 hours of OJT with a focus on safety and 5S.
Ideal candidates bring Grade 12 or GED, robust math/diagnostics, and good communication. The role is onsite with shift flexibility and potential for growth within the company.
