As Maintenance Supervisor at Chartwell, you'll ensure the residence is safe, functional, and welcoming for our residents and staff. You'll oversee daily maintenance operations, lead a dedicated team, and support a clean and efficient environment that our residents are proud to call home.Shift details – Tuesday – Saturday – 11:00 a.M. to 7:00 p.M.Reports to Maintenance ManagerWhat You'll DoLead and schedule maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure high standards and timely servicePerform and supervise minor repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systemsPlan and execute preventative maintenance schedules to keep all areas of the residence in top conditionEnsure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations, including drills and safety auditsSource and manage maintenance supplies and vendor services cost‐effectivelyRespond to resident and family concerns, and elevate as needed to the General ManagerWhat You'll BringTrade certification or maintenance training preferredExperience with carpentry, plumbing, painting, and equipment preferredSupervisory or leadership experience in maintenance or building operationsStrong organizational and multitasking skills; able to plan and prioritize workClear communicator with robust customer service and conflict resolution skillsKnowledge of safety procedures within healthcare an assetFlexible for on‐call and varied hoursValid Driver's License, or reliable means of transportationWhat We OfferA protected,
