You will be part of a diversified team that applies advanced tools and methodologies to deliver solutions for sophisticated clients.Key responsibilities include:Integration strategy, planning, and execution – project management support and executive communicationCarve‐out or divestiture strategy, planning, and execution – operating model design and transaction services agreement developmentOperational due diligence – stand‐alone costing, one‐time cost development, operating model designSynergy/value realization identification, validation, and trackingDevelopment of Transitional Services AgreementsDevelopment of M&A and integration playbooksSupport client engagement teams in executing integration or carve‐out servicesAssist key client decision makers in executing transaction strategy to secure deal valueIdentify risks and issues related to integration planning, timelines, and functional areasQualificationsProfessional certifications (e.G., CPA, CMA, CFA, PMP, CMC) or equivalent hours completed but not yet certifiedPreferred: 3 years of related work experienceStrong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to assess complex situations and formulate solutionsExperience in financial statement analysis, risk assessment,
