Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our 12 Pub/Restaurants facilities and equipment. Your expertise in mechanical systems, hand tools, and power tools will be essential in diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and maintaining a safe, efficient environment.

Duties

- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and other facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues using hand tools and power tools, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions promptly.
- Repair or replace faulty components, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference.
- Assist with installation of new equipment or upgrades, following safety protocols and technical specifications.




- Collaborate with team members to prioritize maintenance tasks and respond swiftly to urgent repairs or facility concerns.

Experience

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in an industrial, manufacturing, or commercial environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Skilled in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and measuring devices.
- Proficient with power tools including drills, grinders, saws, and pneumatic tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
- Relevant certifications or training in mechanical systems or facility maintenance are a plus.
