Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
- Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, and building fixtures with precision and care
- Assist with preventive maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of equipment and infrastructure
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management, prioritizing urgent issues
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean,
organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate larger repair projects or upgrades when necessary
Qualifications
- Proven experience in general maintenance or repair work within commercial or residential settings
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and basic carpentry techniques
- Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and implement effective solutions
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
