As a Service Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the service operation—making sure every work order, invoice, and technician hour is tracked and processed accurately. You'll play a key administrative role, ensuring smooth communication between departments, organizing service records, and monitoring performance metrics like payroll and WIP. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll also handle incoming calls, support service scheduling,



and assist with event planning or special projects. Whether it’s billing, coordinating trucking, or improving workflow, your attention to detail and dedication to excellent service will help the team deliver a top-tier customer experience every day. Provide Premier Equipment’s customers with an above-average level of support, encouraging loyalty and professionalism while enhancing the customer experience. Support customer service and corporate initiatives on a daily basis. Promote teamwork and a “Customer First” mindset across Service, Parts, and Sales departments within and between branches. Perform all administrative tasks for the Service Department, including opening, maintaining, commenting on, invoicing, and filing internal, external, and warranty work orders. Ensure all accounts payable invoices use the purchase order system and are posted to the appropriate work order; apply proper G/L
